The Russian police department is fighting organized crime in Japan. Major of the Sakhalin prosecutor's office, Alexandra Shevchuk, works in partnership with a Hokkaido police officer — Takuya Minamoto. They solve crimes related to the activities of the Russian mafia on the Japanese islands. Soon, Alexandra and Takuya's working relationship develops into romantic feelings.
