En Coma centers around a young woman named Anabel who survives a devastating explosion but is left trapped in a deep, unresponsive coma.
While she is completely paralyzed in her hospital bed, corrupt individuals target her body to illegally harvest and sell her heart for $500,000.
A male nurse named Rafael has a supernatural gift—he can hear the spirits of the dead and the subconscious minds of people stuck between life and death. Anabel's consciousness manages to reach out to Rafael, pleading for his help. He must find a way to protect her body and keep her alive before her enemies can find and kill her.
