Dennis "Mitch" Mitchell is a financial analyst and he and Joe make a formidable team within their firm. Mitch with the brains, Joe with the charm. Mitch plays the game hard and together with Joe, they make a lot of money. Yet as good as he is, Mitch is really an outsider in the world of high finance. And although Joe holds Mitch's skills in high esteem, he is prone to putting Mitch down whenever the chance arises.
Mitch secretly hates most of the people he works with because he's so much smarter than them, and, at times, he especially hates Joe. Mitch sees Joe as a privileged show pony who has everything easy in life - everything that Mitch doesn't have.
Mitch is married to Greta, a German who people think is cold and heartless, but really she is just extremely straight-forward to the point of rudeness, and she never lies.
