An Atlantean, Garth has the enhanced strength, resistance to cold, and amphibious abilities of all Atlanteans. He can control water with his mind, using it to blast opponents, and his bracers let him deflect high-concentration energy beams.
Garth came to the human world and through unknown circumstances met the Titans and became one of the founding members. Known for living in the moment, Garth was attracted to Donna, who was raised by the Amazons who had dealings with the Atlanteans. Garth and Donna shared their childhood, and Garth pursued Donna when they met as fellow Titans. Donna finally gave into her feelings and the two of them made love the same night that she returned to Themyscria. Garth pursued her to the airport, declaring his love, and as they hugged Deathstroke fired a bullet that took Garth in the chest, killing him.
