House hunters Geunor and Ian have left their home in Cheltenham in search of the perfect property in Cornwall. Ian spent much of his youth in Cornwall and hopes to return and revive his passion for surfing, while Geunor wants to immerse herself in community life by volunteering. For their budget of £850,000 coastal fan Kerr Drummond is determined to find them a home by the sea, but country property expert Sara Damergi thinks they would be much happier in a rural location.
