Ke'ra says that industry on Vyus has come to a standstill, but all of the outdoor shots show factories working steadily and spewing out smoke.

In the first scene, Major Samantha Carter removes the cloth cover from the Dial Home Device to the point that the center globe is visible. A few seconds later, the red globe is covered even though no one has touched the cloth.

At the beginning of the episode we see and hear the Stargate dialing, but the chevron ring does not move.
Despite this episode being a sequel to "Prisoners", no "Previously on Stargate SG-1" is shown. This was done so the surprise of Ke'ra's true identity was not spoiled.
