After living in Lancashire for 30 years, maths teacher Sheila and her civil servant husband Billa are now in search of the perfect property in North Yorkshire. Having holidayed in the area, Billa has fallen for the countryside while Sheila has a soft spot for the shoreline. For their budget of £250,000 coastal property expert Kerr is adamant he'll convince them both to live by the seaside, but country fan Sara has other intentions.
