Matt Holguin of Fabe's Churros and Gelato has taken over the Alameda County Fair with his Bacon Caramel Gelato Milkshake and now Richie has just 24 hours to come up with his own spin on that refreshing concoction. He'll then face a head-to-head cook-off where actual fairgoers will determine whose dessert is the best.
