Labor of Love

In the present, Hook helps his cellmate to escape so that she can tell his rescuers where he is. Mary Margaret meets an old friend, and must give him the courage that he once gave her. In the past, a young Snow faces her first challenge when bandits threaten her people.

Beneath the Underworld version of Storybrooke, Hook lies beaten and bloody. He wakes up and staggers to his feet, and starts to step out of the alcove that he's confined in. Another woman tells him not to move, warning that "he" wants Hook to think he escape but no one can. When Hook starts to step out anyway, the woman tells him to stop, saying that something other than Hades hunt the pirate down.
