'The Great British Bake Off': The Third Baker Leaves the Tent

In Tuesday’s night’s episode of The Great British Bake Off on Channel 4, Tasha was named Star Baker and Abbi, 27 from Cumbria  was the third baker to leave the 14th series.

The nation’s most famous tent was pitched in the grounds of Welford Park once again. Presenters Noel Fielding and Alison Hammond  lead the latest batch of 12 bakers through thirty brand new challenges set by Judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, in 10 episodes.

In week three of The Great British Bake Off the bakers entered the arena with ‘the Breadmaster’ Paul Hollywood, as it was time to bake bread!  They started with a classic cottage loaf in the signature, and then the bakers headed to Devon for the technical. Finally, the bakers got themselves in a twist with a plaited bread centrepiece.

At the end of the third episode Alison announced that Tasha was the Star Baker and Noel had the difficult job of telling Abbi that she would be the third Baker leaving the tent.
