Prior to her role in "Raven's Home," Robinson gained recognition for her portrayal of the D'Asia in the hit BET Network drama "Being Mary Jane." Her resume includes national commercials such as AT&T. She can also be seen in the Netflix original series "Free Reins."
Robinson performed in her first national talent competition when she was age 6 and was named one of the Top 10 finalists in the acting, singing and fashion runway model categories, before being awarded the honor of Overall Top Child Model. She went on to participate in a promotional web campaign for the Boosterthon Fun Run Organization where she rocked the runway as a model for rising fashion designer Jason Christopher Peters.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Robinson resides there with her parents and four older brothers when she is not filming "Raven's Home" in Los Angeles. She enjoys playing basketball, reading, writing poetry, baking, community work and spending time with her brothers. She lives life everyday by her motto, "You can turn off the sun, but I'm still gonna shine!"
