Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1934, Aron Tager moved to Canada where he appeared in various Canadian theatre productions. He left acting for 25 years and became an artist, sculptor and poet. In 1991 he returned to acting on-screen with small bit parts in various films. He is married to Ann Page, who is also a poet and actor.
