Tamara Gorski

Tamara Gorski is a multitalented actress, writer, singer, dancer and director. She has worked with Oscar award winners Paul Haggis, Michael Douglas, Anne Bancroft and Russell Crowe and also worked opposite John Cleese, Kate Hudson, David Boreanaz, Angela Lansbury, Bruce Campbell and the Kids in the Hall. She has most recently worked with Philip Seymour Hoffman's theatre company LAByrinth and appeared in productions such as Less Than Kind and series regular Tavia Booth in the Frantic produced web series Verdict.

From her first appearances as a House of Dior model, and photographer/explorer, Tamara has utilized her training with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and the Royal Conservatory of Music to shift between the stage to film and television work. Her dance credits include ballet in Jonathan Kaplan's Painted Word, Broken Lullaby and a 1938 lounge duet in Highlander. Notable action sequences appear in Witchblade and John Woo's Once a Thief. She has sung in several productions and recorded a song for the soundtrack of Man With the Screaming Brain.

As a filmmaker, her short film [SPACE] was an Official Selection of the Toronto International Short Film Festival and was a featured piece on the WTN series Shameless Shorts. Her documentary film How to Draw a Bunny: A Ray Johnson Portrait won the Special Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival.

Her current creative productions include a posthumous LP recording of a song co-written with the late great Reid Diamond of Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet. She has also started an edit on a music video and has uncovered footage from her archives for the next Super8 film.
