Daniel Kash has been a film, TV and Theatre actor for 30 years with over 129 film credits to his name and 40 plus theatre productions ranging from musical theatre to classical productions at Stratford and across the country. He was trained at the London Drama Centre in London, England. His first professional acting job was in the iconic Sci-Fi film Aliens (as Lt. Spunkmeyer). Daniel Kash returned to Canada after five years of theatre and film work in the UK & US, to expand his dynamic career where he continues to work in film, TV, Theatre, voice and further into the emergent field of live interactive video games as a lead in Ubisoft's Watchdogs and Edos' Thief: The Uprising.
Mr. Kash is a trained Opera Singer with leading roles in Theatre Passe Murailee's production of Verdi's Rigoletto. As the son of Canadian Opera Legend Maureen Forrester and Conductor/Violinist, Eugene Kash, he comes by his musical talents honestly. He has been nominated for three Gemini Awards for Best Actor in a Lead Role, (Atom Egoyan's Gross Misconduct/Dudley the Dragon/George Walker's The Line) and for an ACTRA Award for Best Actor for George Walker's The Line. Mr. Kash has also directed three Fringe Productions and the Bravofact short films. The demand for his knowledge and creative process lead him to create "Sunday Night" a Secne Study Class operated out of the Cinepspace Studio from 2010-2013. Mr. Kash is the brother of well known comedian Linda Kash; he lives in Toronto with his family… and works wherever the scripts take him.
