Frankie Loyal

Frankie Loyal is an American actor, singer, musician, producer, and former masked wrestler. He was born on December 23, 1969 in San Francisco, California.

He is best known for playing Hank "Tranq" Loza in FX's Mayans M.C.

Loyal's film credits include the Golden Globe nominated thriller The Deep End starring Tilda Swinton and Goran Visnjic and Sundance Festival's Grand Jury Prize winner Quinceañera. Loyal has appeared in the feature film Die like a Man, which centers around the life of a young man who receives a Magnum .44 on his 16th birthday to take out his mentor's rival. Hel plays Sam, a man who wishes he could turn back time in a gentrifying, yet violent Los Angeles. Die like a Man is written and directed by Eric Nazarian and stars Cory Hardrict.

On the television side, Loyal guest starred on Better Things opposite Pamela Adlon. He played the role of Fortunato, a man at the right place and right time to help Sam Fox and her daughters out of a jam.

Outside of acting, Loyal is the lead vocalist and drummer for the Los Angeles-based street punk band, Rile 9 Collective. He is an avid Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiast, a passionate advocate for autism awareness and a strong supporter of the L.A. County Firefighter Widows and Orphans Fund.
