Glynn Edwards is a retired British actor. Born in Peninsular Malaysia, he trained as an actor at Joan Littlewood's Theatre Workshop and is probably best known for his role as Dave Harris, the barman and operator of the fictitional Winchester Club in 10 series of ITV drama Minder, after the conclusion of which he retired to Spain (and Scotland) like so many of Minder character Arthur Daley's much-admired ex "duckers and divers of the black economy".
Edwards also appeared in other TV shows including Public Eye, Spindoe, Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em, Dixon of Dock Green, Man About the House, Softly, Softly, The Saint as well as appearing as a regular cast member in two series of ITV legal drama The Main Chance (1972, 1975).
