Born in Paradise, California and raised in San Diego Tiffany Brissette was entered in many pageants and talent competitions at a young age, which led to voice-over work and numerous commercials, with her first credited acting role in the 1983 film Heart Like a Wheel. In 1985 she had her biggest success as the child robot V.I.C.I. in the sitcom Small Wonder, followed a few years later by her final acting role as Katie Rogan in the 1991 series Equal Justice.
