Drones emerge from the bioweapon and fly off into the sky, gassing some of the pedestrians dead with the virus. Curtis says that he needs to freeze them to stop them, and Oliver shoots them down before they can spread.

Back at the bunker, the team watches the news reporting that they're responsible for the attack. Ben is with them and says that he's out on parole, and Oliver insists that it isn't over. Laurel says that Emiko did her a favor, showing her that living as Black Siren isn't the life she wanted. Ben agrees with Laurel, pointing out that he and Laurel both changed. Curtis warns that Emiko only used a fraction of Cygnus and is targeting everywhere. Emiko has descrambled the Cygnus signature, and Curtis says that he was able to modify an old portable freezing device so they can freeze the drones.
