An ARC fan favorite returns and so is the Advantage this week, but only Sierra is excited for it. With the Leaderboard as close as it is, the pressure on the athletes to perform is paramount. They are put through a rigorous training regime to prepare them for a routine on the uneven bars in the Competition. Emanuel shows off his muscles, mustard is debated as a condiment and Aaron has a mini breakdown before the Competition. Surprises abound at the podium including another returning fan favorite.

Still reeling from Sierra earning fifty points for her gold medal performance in Gymnastics, the athletes continue their quest for the title of All-Round Champion in the Arcathlon. Five of the wettest and wildest events will test the athletes speed, accuracy, teamwork, endurance and fearlessness. Aaron goes into the Arcathlon as the ultimate underdog, Sierra has a huge target on her back, Lacee is within striking distance, Gabi has her sights on the championship belt and Emanuel just doesn't want to finish last in the overall competition.
