Some Episodes Missing from Daily Schedule

I'm using the route `http://api.tvmaze.com/schedule?date=2018-10-05` to get the current schedule for today, and there's some shows missing, in particular, ones with a full season release.

I'm expecting to see episodes for https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/1804/the-man-in-the-high-castle, https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/28757/big-mouth, etc., but they aren't showing up.

Shows from global webchannels such as Amazon or Netflix aren't attached to any particular country, so they aren't included in the (US) schedule endpoint. As a workaround, you can use the "full schedule" endpoint which includes every possible future episode.
