( I have made two other suggestions just a couple of minutes ago. That is because I fell in love with this site..♥
I see great potential! I have been an active Tvshow time user, but the site have been logging me out
and working really slow... so I can't really use it anymore. )

I would love to be able to look trough genres!
Comedy, fantasy, Horror, Drama, Supernatural, Action, Crime, Cartoon

Genres doesen't need to be on it's own tab, it could be on the Tv show page itself
or beside the Tv shows name or something... I just really would like to be able to see what genres
a Tv show haves! (Tv shows I know nothing about)

Possible? :)

We had a previous suggestion to add genres. We definitely want to, we're just not sure yet how to establish some guidelines that make sure the genre list isn't too open to interpretation. (Which genres to include? Who decides if a show is genre X or Y?)

I think this is a good idea as I usually search for series per genre, although unable to do that here. It wouldn't be difficult to esablish guidelines to genres as you can use thetvdb.com list to select them.

OK, after popular demand we just added genres to the site!

You can see them in the infobox (for example: http://www.tvmaze.com/shows/82/game-of-thrones), and search through our shows by genre on the http://www.tvmaze.com/shows page. To update a show's genres, just go to the edit page for that show and you'll see a link to Genres in the page menu.
