so it was rejected but isn't that what this is, I'm confused plz explain what I can request.

So far, Werewolf by Night is the only special and even if they do other specials for other characters, they're not episodes for a "Special Presentation" show. If they do more for WBN or multiple specials for other characters, then those specific ones can be created as a show and we'd list them by year like with a series of TV movies.
