Would it be easy to create an RSS feed for news items as they come along here?

I already have one set up - after a fashion.
I'm using Inoreader and it has the functionality to turn most web pages into a rss feed. So I turned the news page into a rss feed and I do get the items through, but it is a bit messy. A dedicated feed, even with just the headline in it to alert us to another news item that has arrived would be great! (I forget to check regularly and sometimes there would be news items 2-3 weeks old I'd not seen.lol).
We actually have these, I suppose they should be documented somewhere :)
