How do you deselect a day from Schedule Days and leave it empty?

Just click the day thats selected to remove the tick. 

This actually depends on your browser and OS. If normal clicking doesn't work, try holding ctrl and clicking.

Thanks, in Firefox holding CTRL worked :) just clicking on it keeps it enabled.
