There have been some conflicts regarding the season 2 episode titles of The Librarians.
According to http://thefutoncritic.com/showatch/librarians/list... and http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cac..., the ellipsis are part of the official episode titles.
"(aka Coyote)" is also listed as part of the official 2x03 title.
Any arguments to the contrary?

That seems to be another hard decision to make...TNT lists them without (aka Coyote) and without the dots and the press release lists them without it and also with the dots..... I would be fine with both:)

Are there onscreen titles?

Definitely no ellipses. The press release, the show's official website, and the onscreen credits show it with no ellipses. Screen capture of episode title: http://www.tvmaze.com/images/68340/and-the-drowned...

As for the (aka Coyote), I thought the episode guides said to take the information from the press release and the official website before information from tv guides or listings. We can wait until the episode airs, but I would bet money on there being no parentheses.

Perhaps a more confusing question, should the "and" at the beginning of each title be lowercased? In all of the on-screen titles it is lowercased, but everywhere else it is capitalized (press release, tnt, tv listings, everywhere!). I know you have the onscreen titles listed as the number one source for correct information, so does it outweigh the others?

I think the onscreen outweights it, but in this case ...is it really important? Lets wait what the others have to say:)

Such a minor detail is not really important, but we do have to make a choice or people will want to argue about it for the rest of the season.

Thanks for digging up a screengrab, sammy_hunt! The press releases do have the ellipsis though, check the futon link. But as on-screen information trumps data from a press release, without ellipsis it is.
