Ruby API Wrapper

Hey everyone!

I've just published my simple API wrapper written in Ruby: https://github.com/uson1x/tvmaze.

There is only a couple of methods there, as I don't use anything else myself for now, but it's a start.

Feel free to create pull requests and expand it!
