Since the NBC's press releases call the Red Nose Day Special and Social Distancing Edition specials, that's what we go by. NBC.com doesn't designate episodes as specials so they just have it in broadcast order for streaming. The format is slightly different anyway, dropping the normal person player in favor of just the celebrities for RND.
