Flirtatious, crass, and impressionable. A tactless, big-hearted teddy bear with charisma to spare, Owen is the boisterous ‘class-clown' of the camp. Freely exploring humor, sex, and his drag alias, Owen has been forced to attend multiple conversion efforts by his military dad. Always on, and rarely serious he finds his way into trouble, often through running his mouth and breaking rules. His deeply seeded desire for acceptance and belonging is preyed upon by Gibson, who crushes Owen at any opportunity. Having met Scotty and some of the others the summer previous, he delights in being the comic relief to their circumstances. However, Owen is not equipped to go up against the emotional warfare of Gibson.
