Kent and Cole are the adoptive fathers of Ghost the Boy.
The two are very loving of their adopted son, filling multiple photo albums with pictures he can't even appear in within a short time. They cook for him and care for him immediately. This shows how fondly Susie remembers her own father, as they are her memories of him.
In their debut episode, they are shown to shape-shift into two, large white cats. It is reasonable to assume they can't show up in pictures like their son, but it is not confirmed.
