Chuckles (Once Upon a Witchlight)

Chuckles is a clown NPC in Once Upon a Witchlight. He is portrayed by Mikey. This is a different and seperate Chuckles than the one from the Stardust Rhapsody campaign (Chuckles (Stardust Rhapsody)) and the On a Silver Strand one-shot (Chuckles (On a Silver Strand)). The have different pasts, and to a certain extent different personalities, although both seem to share a propensity for causing chaos.
