Ookla the Mok

Ookla The Mok is an alien character that does not speak a comprehensible language. Thundarr and Ariel have learned his language. Ookla is the other warrior character of the group, having been enslaved with Thundarr during childhood. He is a very kind person, and calms Ariel when she gets upset such as when Thundarr leaps without looking. However, Ookla is very hostile towards technology because he is too strong to operate it. He instead prefers to simply destroy the machinery thus is effective in sabotage. Being cat-like, he has a fear of drowning. Like Thundarr, Ookla carries a weapon. His weapon is a bow with arrows. He can also launch spears, and can easily escape from most snares, except when he is hypnotized. There are more of his people that reside on Earth.
