Billy Melrose

Billy is the supervisor of Lee, Francine, and is interested in recruiting a very ambitious Amanda. He is involved in Amanda's family as well, but most of the series presents himself to them as a separate Federal Agent and not a Film Producer. He is also rarely seen in the inconspicuous studios that they have. His office is near some marker boards, as seen in a Christmas episode, and a Season Four episode. It is located near a very large computer lab containing Unisys computers. If he has children, it is never said how old they are; His wife is mentioned occasionally, and vaguely seen sleeping in bed while he is on the telephone. His wife is simply played by a photo double. His job is mostly easy regarding the competent agents Francine, Lee, Amanda, and additional participation from her family, but certain missions require participation from very rude Internal Affairs and Public Relations workers.
