Tigger

Tigger is a Tiger - like plush toy that seems to have been stranded until adopted by Kanga. Eventually, Tigger finds a house of his own. Perhaps in a show of confidence, he brags about being "The Only One". He is voiced by both Paul Winchell and Jim Cummings, who gradually had to fill in for Paul Winchell because of a busy schedule, and later because of health problems. Paul Winchell dropped out in the middle of season three; When he returned for subsequent Adventures adaptations, his singing duties were permanently assigned to Jim Cummings. Tigger has an interest in legal proceedings, as a Private Ear, a Lawyer, and Warden. He also has a secondary interest in Science and built a clockwork snowplow. Tigger is the most athletic character, easily able to jump any height with weights strapped to his feet. He is one of two characters that bounces, and has sound effects regularly assigned to him. The other noisy, bouncing character is Piglet. Tigger has a tendency to leap before he looks, and gets in trouble in numerous episodes. He was forced to take an unexpected bath in Stripes, which faded away from shock. He did not become accustomed to bathe properly until Kanga taught him in The Old SwitcheRoo. Tigger also needed to learn self sacrifice. And he trolled everybody the entire time in Luck Amok. As an athlete, he is very friendly, so long as does not lose a competition. Other times he has been helpful towards any body that needs some body, particularly Pig A. Let, and Donkey Boy, and is a quick thinking problem solver.
