Formerly known as Escorpion, Hector Alvarez was the main enforcer of a Mexican drug cartel known as the Zeroes. During that time he killed many, including the wife and daughter of Vasquez, a former ally of the survivors. After being spared by Vasquez, he may now be on the road to redemption. Maybe.
