Choo-Choo is a sixth-grade student at Wagstaff School.
He's a bully and a delinquent. He's part of the group that Ms. Selbo and Mr. Frond agrees to be the "usual baddies," which automatically makes him a suspect of stealing Jason Jeffers's Burobo mash missle ("Stop! Or My Mom Will Sleuth!"). However, he doesn't seem intolerable since he goes to prom with Julie in "Two for Tina" and eats lunch with Regular Sized Rudy in "Tina and the Real Ghost." He may be a prankster since he knew all of the punchlines Gene was about to reveal in "Spaghetti Western and Meatballs."
