Bob Jenkins works at The Arlen Bystander, one of Peggy's News Magazines. He is the guy with the Eye Patch which he says it was from Cancer. He treats her as if she was his boss, and does not hesitate to try to get her fired when she makes mistakes. He drinks alcohol while on the job.
