Nguc Phong is a respected Warrior that is an associate of Ted. He noticeably does not use a Western name, and considers Kahn to be a Banana for being inept at Military Training. However, Minh is perfect at Training. Nguc would love to be the Grand Marshall of Laos which interests Ted. Nguc's disgrace for Kahn is not unlike General Gum.
