Kristina has two problems and they're both named Mike. Although she "grew up right" in a good, loving Lynnfield home, she has a history of making bad decisions. The Michael from her past was unfaithful and then got caught selling drugs. Their shared home was raided by state police, Michael was thrown in jail, and Kristina was charged with drug trafficking and conspiracy. She's since been acquitted of her charges and is trying to move on with her life alongside Mikey, her new boyfriend. But Mikey is concerned that she's only dating him until Michael gets out of jail and struggles to commit to her.
While Kristina has begun a new life with Miley and doors are opening, her professional life is at a standstill. She works at a salon, but aspires to do much more.
