A brilliant, Ivy League-educated member of Marty's staff, Doug is a quintessential math geek with mad analytical skills and a big ego surrounding them. He's been the proverbial whipping boy in his pod and the butt of many jokes, but his wife has given him some confidence to stand up for himself. But now that she is desperate, and unable, to have a baby, Doug is caught between a rock and a crazy place.
