Vietnamese Elvin Tay is the self-appointed leader of the International Students. With a brash self-confidence that borders on blind arrogance, Elvin struts around campus like a member of an Asian boy band. Taking himself too seriously, Elvin's the sort of guy who will never laugh at a joke, unless he made it.
With his education fully funded by his parents, Elvin just wants to get through class, with the best possible marks, so he can walk straight into a high-flying legal job.
Elvin has no interest in campus culture, aside from playing Mah-jong in the international dorm with his tight-knit gang of Asian students. His idea of extracurricular activities is doing an extra law subject to earn more credit.
