Billy Crawford

Billy Crawford is a charming underachiever who made good: Born into a family of underachievers, Billy was voted Least Likely to Succeed in high school. But he defied expectations by being the first in his family to go to university, and then surprised everyone by going to law school, which was fortuitous in a family always in trouble with the law. Although he had a great job lined up in Winnipeg, Billy chose to return to Millwood to set-up shop. Partly because he loves the town and partly because, what if he actually doesn't have what it takes? Billy's a smart lawyer, but he lacks confidence in his legal acumen and too often relies on his endless reservoir of personal charm to win the day.
