Lyle Fairley

Fairley is an excellent pathologist, and even Harrow would be the first to admit that. However, Fairley always seems to find himself in Harrow's shadow. This infuriates Fairley, who represents Harrow's ideological opposite. Fairley firmly believes in the rules, and that they are there to be followed. He believes his job is to find out what happened to the body in front of him, not to find out why. Although Harrow sometimes gets exceptional results, his blatant disregard for the rules runs the risk of bringing himself, the Institute, and all who work there into disrepute. And Fairley can't work out why women are so attracted to Harrow. How is that possible? Fairley dresses much better, drives a much nicer car and lives in a stylish interior-designed inner-city apartment that he purchased by rigorously following a scrupulous financial plan! And he's climbed Kilimanjaro!
