Has grand designs to be the ultimate ruler of the world and will stop at nothing until he succeeds. His take-over-the-world ideas are constantly thwarted by the meddlesome moose and squirrel - and by the fact that he's a pretty terrible leader surrounded by terrible employees in a terrible country. Also he has a monocle.
