SAC Tammy Hattley

Hartley is the Special Agent in Charge for the FBI in the New York City region. She has a husband (divorced) and one living daughter, Allison. Also, unknown at large is that Hartley is in Fisk's payroll and oversees the operations of Fisk's corrupted agents within the Bureau. Fisk had her other daughter killed in a hit-and-run, and Hartley divorced her husband in the hopes that it would keep him safe.
