This mutant prisoner, confined at Huron Penitentiary in Lansing, MI, can ignite things and people with a snap of his fingers and a minor effort of will. As the mutant demonstrates, he doesn't need to be seeing his target as long as he knows where they are. He escapes when the Inner Circle shuts down the mutant-restraint collars.
