Officer Black is one of the main characters in The Perfect Plan series. He is a hard-nosed, no-nonsense cop who led several Black Ops Missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. His status with the government remains classified. His partner is veteran Officer Freeling. Officer Black is portrayed by Jamin Thompson.
