Lauren Evans is Ike and Molly's only daughter, a 13-year-old princess who alternately loves and loathes her glamorous stepmother Vera. As Vera and Meg's relationship grows more complicated, savvy Lauren doesn't hesitate to exploit the situation for her own benefit. Her Aunt Meg's increased presence in her life reminds Lauren of all she's lost with the death of her mother, and of all there is to gain as a Bannock in Miami Beach.
