Daniel Duval, who has an indecipherable face, gaunt from years of secrecy, and cold eyes is the leader of Subterranea, a counter-info platform, a financial Wikileaks. A wanted person around the world, he lives as a fugitive. Of mysterious origins, a reformed "economic hitman" who tricked emergent states into becoming indebted to the US, he is very fond of Sofia, whom he raised like a daughter, and trained.
