Ryan Stocks is the long-lost-son of Charity Dingle and her rapist Mark Bails; however he was adopted by Irene Stocks, the midwife who delivered him. Due to his traumatic birth, Ryan has cerebral palsy.
He is also the half-brother of Debbie, Noah and Moses Dingle, as well as Luke and Molly Bails, and the adoptive brother of Josh Stocks and Johnny Woodfield. Ryan was previously in a relationship with Gail Loman, who is the mother of his son Oscar.
