Frankie Bridge is an author and podcast host who might look familiar to pop music fans because she's had quite the career.
Frankie first shot to fame as a member of S Club Juniors - later known as S Club 8 - before going on to become a member of The Saturdays and later writing a book about her experience with mental health issues.
She also took to the Strictly ballroom floor with Kevin Clifton back in 2014 and had numerous TV presenting roles before joining the Loose Women panel in 2021.
Frankie is married to footballer Wayne Bridge, with whom she has two children.
